For Brokerages

Your agents are already using AI.
You just can’t see it.

Most brokerages have no idea which AI tools their agents use, what client and listing information goes into them, or whether the technology they pay for gets opened twice. Edge Studios gives agents a working set of tools and gives you a view of what actually gets used.

The questions worth asking first

Before evaluating any platform, these are the answers most brokerage leadership does not have.

How many different AI tools are your agents using this week?
When an agent pastes a client’s information into a general-purpose AI tool, where does it go?
Of the technology you pay for, which products do you know are being used — and by whom?
Which repetitive workflow costs your agents the most time: listing launch, comps, buyer tours, or follow-up?

What a brokerage gets

Three things, in the order they matter to you.

A standard set of tools

Listing descriptions, flyers, social copy, video scripts, client follow-up, showing feedback, offer letters. One authenticated environment instead of a dozen unmanaged tabs.

Licensed MLS comp data

SaleComps and RentComps run on 7.6 million licensed Bright MLS records across six states — real closed transactions, not public estimates. Gated per agent, and only for agents you authorize.

A roster you control

Add and remove agents, switch MLS access on or off per person, and see who is active, who is inactive, and how much each agent actually uses the tools.

Start with one office, not the whole brokerage

A 60-day pilot with a defined group. If it does not produce adoption, there is no expansion conversation and nothing to unwind.

1

Pick 10 to 25 agents

One office, or one team. Listing-heavy agents are usually the fastest to show a result. We agree on what success looks like before we start.

2

Onboarding and two live sessions

We set up the roster, run a training session at the start, and a second one around the halfway point once agents have real questions.

3

An adoption review at day 30 and day 60

Activated agents, weekly actives, which tools are used and by whom, which groups need support. One page, no interpretation required.

4

You decide what happens next

Continue with the same group, expand to the office, or stop. The pilot fee credits toward an annual rollout if you continue.

About the MLS tools

SaleComps and RentComps require each agent to hold an active Bright MLS subscription, broker authorization where Bright requires it, and Bright’s own data-access fee, which Bright bills to the agent directly through their MLS account. We show these tools in the demo and activate them once licensing is in place. The rest of the suite is available from day one.

Where brokerages usually start

The entry point depends on what your agents do most.

If your agents areStart withBecause
Listing-heavy EdgeCopy, EdgeFlyer, EdgeSocial, EdgeReel One listing becomes a description, flyer copy, social posts, and a video script in a single pass.
Buyer-side EdgeClient, EdgeShow, EdgeOffer Tour scheduling, showing feedback, and offer letters stay attached to the client instead of scattered across inboxes.
Rental-focused RentComps Pricing conversations backed by actual signed leases nearby, with the reasoning shown.
Data-driven SaleComps, EdgeCMA Comparable sales pulled on the spot and carried into a CMA without re-entering anything.

Built for your brokerage, if you need that

Edge Studios builds custom applications. If your agents have a workflow problem the suite does not solve, we can build for it.

White-label deployment

The suite under your brand — your name, your colors, your domain.

Workflow automation

Tools built around your process, from intake through close.

System integration

Connections to your CRM, transaction management, or existing data feeds.

Twenty minutes, one real property

No slide deck. Bring an address from your own market and we will run it through the workflow live, then show you what the roster view looks like.
